Typically chalkboard art is utilized for food/drink menus, beer lists, event signage, seating charts, and other more temporary or rotational displays. While prices vary depending on timeline and scope of work, chalkboard projects start at $75 and require a lead time of 14 days.

Seasonal decor is a great option for those looking to beautify or attract attention to their storefront. Window painting can also be event specific, used as advertising, or feature business logo or hours.
While window paint is temporary, it can last for months or even years depending on the weather, coverage and where the window is located. Prices vary based on size and scope, with a minimum rate of $300.

Hand painted signs are long lasting, built entirely in house, and completely custom. Made with high quality lumber and weather resistant enamel paint, and love.
There are innumerable uses for hand painted signs. From sidewalk sandwich boards to grab your customer’s attention, to welcome signs and so much more. Hand painted signs are a delightful reprieve from the digital overload we constantly face, they are inviting and undeniably more human. Prices vary on size and scope of custom projects, with a base rate of $400.

Mural services are available in residential and commercial spaces, or can be fully transportable with the freestanding mural option. Designs can be hand painted or printed on vinyl if a more temporary service is required. We offer historical mural restoration on a case by case basis. Rates vary based on size and scope of project, starting at $25/sq ft with a base rate of $1000.

Application or delivery time is based on the size and scope of your project. Seasonal decor is typically booked in February, June, August and November, but can be applied any time.Enjoy!

The Commuter Challenge Project
This freestanding mural sponsored by The Ride and Get Downtown was a fully transportable public art installation displayed in both Liberty Park and the Ypsilanti Transit Center to encourage the use of low environmental impact transportation to downtown Ann Arbor from neighboring areas in the community.
